On 26/04/2019, VRC Real Estate and Investment JSC organized successfully the 2019 Annual Shareholders Meeting at Lotus Hall- Floor 10th– Saigon Hotel, 41-47 Dong Du Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
At the meeting, all contents that Board of Directors submitted was approved unanimously by shareholders. Based on business condition, investment orientation and development strategies of company in the future, VRC targeted to reach 400 million Dong in revenue, 262 million Dong in earning before tax and 210 billion Dong in earning after tax in 2019.
