Job Description

• Research, analyze and update information of required industries.
• Collect information and data of business in the portfolio.
• Able to analyze and evaluate the business to repair for investment in compliance with strategy.
• Expertise the efficiency of investment.
• Research, report and suggest M&A, merge, implement and supervise investment.
• Able to write the analysis reports and identify the sources of invested business (annually and requirement), suggest operation strategies, investment, finance of that business periodically.
• Build strategies to call for investors.

Job Requirements

• Graduation: Degree of Economics, Finance and Banking
• CFA level 2 and postgraduate in finance of international degree are prioritized.
• Good knowledge in evaluating and analyzing business and business finance.
• Good knowledge in evaluating and analyzing project.
• Good knowledge in Law of Enterprise, Law of Securities.
• Good skills in writing report, English and presentation.
• Good skills in data analysis
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounting, Auditing, Finance- Banking industries.
