1. Salary and policy

 2. Corporate vacation policy

In order to take care of spiritual life of the staff and reproduce their labor-power, the company organizes an annual corporate vacation for its staff members and their relatives.

 3. Bonus policy

Annually, the company has its bonus plan based on individual and team achievements and performance. The bonus  amounts apply specifically for each employee and each management level to create work motivation and a sound emulation environment, thereby impulsing the strong development of the company.

In addition, the company also builds up ESOP programs and preferential ones to encourage the purchase of products in the company’s projects for the staff members having a long attachment to the company and contributing considerably to its development.

 4. Health care policy

Apart from the two mandatory types of insurance (health insurance and social insurance), the company annually holds a general check-up for its whole staff to ensure the best health care, which makes them feel secure about their health and thoughtfully cared for.
