On 27/04/2018, VRC Real Estate and Investment JSC organized successfully The 2018 Annual Shareholders Meeting at Lotus Hall- Floor 10- Saigon Hotel, 41-47 Dong Du Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
At the meeting, all contents were submitted by the Board of Directors and were approved by the shareholders. By focusing M&A and investing, VRC estimated that revenue in 2018 will be 820 billion Dong, EBIT will be 380 billion Dong and net income will be 304 billion Dong.
