ADEC JOINT STOCK COMPANY The company works with Certificate of Business Registration No 0300515472, was issued by Department of Planning and Investment Ho Chi Minh City on 07/04/2005 and was amended 13rd on 30/06/2017.
ADEC JSC is looking for partners to invest in education project under ADC Phu My Residence in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City with 5,200m2 total area.
ADC Phu My Residence, with 8 hectares total area, is located on extended Nguyen Luong Bang Street, the center of District 7. Main function of project includes garden view townhouses, street view townhouses, villas, apartments, parks… Project is next to existing residences on Pham Huu Lau Street, Residence of Cho Lon Real Estate company, Residence of Sai Gon Real Estate Company. ADEC has finished 70% infrastructure and has started constructing low-rise housing area for customer.
