The Customer Conference of the updating project progress and consulting about adjusted project boundary

At 9:00am on 23/11/2017, in the Guest House T78, 145 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Ward 7, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, ADEC JSC established the Customer Conference to update progress and consult about adjusted boundary of ADC Residence ward Phu My, district 7 and, get customers’ feedbacks.
According to Mr Hoang Dang Khoa, Project Manager, the policy of adjusting project boundary has been approved by People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, so getting customers’ feedbacks is the following step to complete legal procedure.
In addition, ADEC JSC will start constructing Phase 1 of the project in December 2017. In expecting, Phase 1, 2, 3 will focus to construct Block B, C, D respectively with completed infrastructure. In Q1/2018, Company will complete infrastructure of other Blocks and green parks. Construction legislation of other blocks will be done in Q3 and Q4/2018.
The conference was also the opportunity for Board of Directors to meet and give information of the project for customers. Board of Directors said “Company is working actively to ensure the benefits of customers like supporting transfer confirmation for legal documents, constructing house and completing legal procedures of the project.”
